About Troy

Dr. Troy Robbin Hailparn graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She is Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and has been in practice for 23 years in San Antonio.
She practiced routine Ob/Gyn for a dozen years as Complete and Compassionate Ob/Gyn Care until she recognized a need that wasn’t being met in her field. After additional education and surgical training in cosmetic-plastic gynecologic surgery, she founded the Cosmetic Gynecology Center of San Antonio to address intimate concerns related to sexual function.

She participated in the first two scientific sessions in cosmetic gynecology at the world’s most reputable international meetings in Hainan, China in 2011 and Rome, Italy in 2012 which brought worldwide recognition of available options and validation to women’s concerns.
After presentations at Annual Clinical Meetings in 2009 and 2014, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists invited her to author an educational eModule for her colleagues in late 2015. She has published in medical journals and specialty health publications. Her online ebook “Beneath Your Pink Perfect: Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Labiaplasty but Didn’t Know to Ask” is available on Amazon.
