Female Genital Cosmetic Surgery: A Review of Techniques and Outcomes

I wrote this 10 years ago and it had become a standard publication reference

Ten years ago I got a call from Cheryl Iglesia, Head of Urogynecology at Georgetown. She wanted to write a review article on what all the fuss was called Cosmetic Gynecology. It was super controversial then and less so now. She asked if I could write the article that would be augmented by her Fellow Ladin Uteri-Kaplan. She would do the final edits and provide commentary. I said sure. A decade later we achieved over 90,000 reads online! Many of you may have wondered what all the different surgeries are and what the terminology is all about.
