The Alinsod Consultation and the 1st Visit

The Depth and Detail of what I look for on that First Visit

“The difference between something good and something great is attention to detail.”Charles R. Swindoll

“It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.” John Wooden

“It’s attention to details that makes the difference between average and stunning.” Francis Atterbury

This 25 minute video is created for my Fellows, Grads, and Gynflix subscribers, and details what I cover on my initial 1st Visit and Consultation. I am speaking to the doctor, the surgeon, the nurse. For the Lay Public viewer this is what you should look for in your potential medical provider and surgeon. Don’t settle for average.

The Importance of a detailed History and Physical Exam

A thorough history and physical examination are the cornerstone of exceptional patient care, particularly before any procedure or surgery. These initial steps are not mere formalities but critical opportunities to understand the patient’s unique medical narrative, identify potential risks, and tailor interventions to their specific needs. By meticulously gathering a detailed history—encompassing past medical conditions, medications, allergies, and lifestyle factors—I can uncover subtle clues that might otherwise be missed, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the patient’s health. The physical exam complements this by providing tangible insights into their current condition, revealing findings that diagnostic tests alone may not detect. This dual approach fosters trust, enhances diagnostic accuracy, and lays the foundation for safer, more effective outcomes, aligning with my commitment to excellence over mediocrity.

Striving for excellence in medicine demands that I go beyond the average standard of care, and a meticulous history and physical exam embody this pursuit. As the saying goes, “Good is the enemy of great,” and settling for cursory evaluations risks overlooking critical details that could alter a patient’s treatment plan. Another guiding principle, “Excellence is not an act, but a habit,” underscores my dedication to making thorough assessments a consistent practice, not an occasional effort. By prioritizing these foundational steps, I ensure that every decision is informed by a deep understanding of the patient, minimizing complications and optimizing outcomes. This relentless pursuit of precision and care distinguishes exceptional practice from the ordinary, reflecting my unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality of care to every patient.

REMINDER: We are recruiting 15 patients for Skin Laxity of the Abdomen and Fat Reduction Study for Arlington, Texas.

Join Our Groundbreaking Research Study

As a Research Center, we’re always exploring new frontiers in women’s health. Right now, we’re diving into the science of Low Level Light Lasers (LLLL) and their incredible potential for genital conditions—without any device or probe contact. We’re also launching an exciting abdominal skin laxity and fat reduction study, and we’re looking for 15 to 30 participants to join us at no cost. Ultimate safety and comfort.

What’s Involved?

  • If you have loose skin on your abdomen, flanks, or back and want to reduce laxity, fat, or abdominal diameter, this study could be for you.

  • No exercise, diet, or lifestyle changes are required.

  • You’ll attend two 30-minute sessions per week for four weeks (eight sessions total), relaxing under a comfortable array of green, purple, and blue high-powered low-level lasers—not the weaker diode lasers you might see elsewhere.

  • Follow-up visits at four months (and possibly six months) will help us track your progress.

  • Past studies have shown results valued at over $5,000, and participants will receive a $100 gift certificate upon completion.

Spots are limited, so don’t wait! Contact Dian White at 945-900-7576 to see if you qualify. We’ll screen you quickly and get you started if you’re a fit. Learn more about our work at alinsodinstitute.com. Better yet, watch the 18 minute video and know more than most doctors about this groundbreaking therapy.

Alinsod Institute Has Moved to Arlington, Texas!

Dear Friends, Patients, and Colleagues,

I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with you! After years of serving our patients at the Alinsod Institute in Dallas, we’ve relocated to a beautiful new home in Arlington, Texas. This move is all about making your experience with us even better, and I can’t wait to welcome you to our new space. You can find us at www.alinsodinstitute.com, and I’m eager to share why this change is so special.

Why Arlington?

We chose Arlington for its unbeatable convenience. Nestled just minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), our new location makes it a breeze for patients flying in from across the country or even internationally. With an array of hotels nearby, your visit—whether for a consultation, procedure, or follow-up—will be as seamless as possible. Arlington places us right in the heart of America, and I like to think of it as the Center of Cosmetic Gynecology for the United States. It’s the perfect spot to continue our mission of transforming lives through innovative care.

A Legacy of Care and Innovation

For the past 30 years, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping women feel confident, comfortable, and empowered. My focus has been on labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, vaginal rejuvenation, and pelvic reconstructive surgery, with a special emphasis on Revision Surgeries for those seeking to correct less-than-ideal outcomes from prior procedures. It’s been a privilege to develop techniques like the Barbie Look Labiaplasty, Hybrid Look Labiaplasty, Curvilinear Labia Majoraplasty, and in-office, no-IV labiaplasty and vaginoplastyapproaches that prioritize comfort and natural results.

I’m also humbled to have invented tools that make these procedures safer and more precise, including the Lone Star APS Vaginal Retractor, Alinsod Surgical Stand, and specialized scissors, clamps, and forceps. My work with ThermiVa, a groundbreaking radiofrequency treatment for feminine restoration, and Predictive Permeation for gynecologic conditions has opened new doors for non-surgical solutions. It’s all about giving you options that fit your needs and lifestyle.

Beyond the operating room, I’m proud to serve as the Founder, Editor, and Director of Gynflix.com, the premier online e-learning platform for cosmetic gynecology. For 20 years, I’ve had the honor of training dozens of Alinsod Fellows worldwide, sharing techniques that blend artistry and science to elevate patient care.
