Combination Labia Minoraplasty and Labia Majoraplasty

Autumn has always been the season of Feminine Surgery in my practice. Here is the first of several upcoming videos on what the actual procedures entail. Today we tackle the combination surgeries.

You are back from the vacation. The kids are back in school. And now it is time for self-care. For over 20 years Autumn has been my busy time for Cosmetic Gynecology. That leads me to begin this series on the various procedures I perform here in Dallas. I will make the videos bite sized and with enough information but spare you the gory details.

Combination surgery to reduce the Labia Majora (larger outer labial lips) and Labia Minora (smaller thinner inner lips) as well as the Clitoral Hood can be done at a single In-Office Awake No IV surgical morning. I first reduce the Larger Labia Majora and Clitoral Hood. Then I make the Labia Minora to be smaller and reduced to the size requested and I tuck it all in as symmetrically as possible. My short 2 minute video shows how.

Anatomy Review

First, let’s review a little female anatomy. I released this last week on my VageniusMD Instagram and it teaches you the basics:

Before and After

Here are some examples of Before/Immediately After/After photo sets:

She wanted her labia minora to be symmetric and smaller and below the Labia Majora. I did a modes majora reduction and tucked the minora in a Barbie Look appearance method. She is so much more comfortable.
She did not like the saggy Labia Majora and the loose and droopy labia minora. I reduced both and also removed the anal skin tags to give her a very youthful appearance. Her confidence soars!
Everything was just saggy and droopy in her eyes. She wanted some labia minora left. I did a labia majoraplasty and clitoral hood reduction and then removed a modest amount of Labia Majora to pull things in. The perineoplasty was done to tighten the vaginal opening and eliminate the damage of childbirth.
She said to me “just make me look 20 years younger” so we did.
This was only after one big baby. Damaged the opening, stretched the labia around, made it look uneven. I first fixed the fallen rectum and damaged vaginal opening then trimmed up the Labia Majora/Minora and hood. I have maintained this over the years using radiofrequency therapies.
