Lichen Sclerosus Part 2: The Silent Itch

I hope you watched Lichen Sclerosus Part 1 from last month. Max and Katarina were able to give you a fantastic background on how they manage the problem in Europe. Here in the U.S we have traditional Clobetasol (powerful topical steroid), Tacrolimus, Testosterone cream, lasers, radio waves, surgery. Now we have Platelet Rich Plasma, Exosomes, Hyaluronic Acid (HA) to help the condition. A little histopathology for to review:

Here is normal skin of the vulva. I found this picture on a Google search. Notice the thickness and up and down rugae of the top layer.

The patient from the video had super thin skin that glistened.

Same patient. Almost no rugae and a flat top effect seen. This is thin and itchy skin.

This is the patient from the video you just watched. I have followed the patient now for 5 years and she has responded so well to combination treatment that topical steroids could not help.

This patient has had treatments since 2016. The treatments work and last anywhere from 1-2 years. This one shows Before and then After 4 months post treatment using ThermiVa and then FemXHA ingredients.

This shows a recurrence and pretreatment and great results only 2 months later.

This young lady had Lichen and two prior excisions of the entire lesion but it keeps coming back painful and irritated. I treated this patient with radio waves and Hyaluronic Acid and obtained fantastic results you can see below.
