Some women are just born with very plump and fatty Labia Majora. Genetics. Some are just born with more fat under the Labia Majora skin.

You have to remove more than just loose skin and have to excise the fat pad under. Liposuction of this area does not work well at all.

Wearing a bikini or leotards will cause outlining and a Camel Toe appearance.

A more youthful and petite appearance can be obtained with Fat Pad reduction.
