The Hybrid Labiaplasty

So now you decided on the Hybrid Look. Today’s video shows how I do the surgery.

My patient had two large babies and ended up with a very large rectal prolapse. I fixed that many years ago and did a vaginoplasty and perineoplasty. She came back to see me a few years later because her labia were uneven and she wanted them to be petite and looking Pre Pregnancy. We decided on the Hybrid Look and to leave her with a little bit of Labia Minora left. She loves this look. Below are a few more example photo sets of the Hybrid Look.

Revision of a Labiaplasty to remove more tissue

What happens if you get a labiaplasty done and want even more labia removed? Let’s say you really wanted a Barbie Look and too much tissue was left. Here is an example of a case where a Rim or Hybrid Labiaplasty can be converted into a Barbie Look labiaplasty. I do these revisions quite frequently.
